Who is responsible

For personal data covered by this policy, the data controller is MISALUNA LTD. Contact: support@plab2timer.com.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we or our providers may process:

  • App and usage data — for example interactions with timers, cases, or analytics events, device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostic or crash data.
  • Identifiers — such as advertising IDs where available, or identifiers used by analytics or cloud services.
  • Content you enter — for example notes or progress you save in the app, if that feature stores data with us or our providers.
  • Support communications — information you send when you contact us (for example email content).
  • Website technical data — when you visit our site, standard server or analytics logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.

We do not aim to collect special category health data. Do not use free-text fields to share sensitive medical information about real patients.

How we use it

  • To run, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To understand usage and fix reliability issues.
  • To show ads where the app includes advertising.
  • To respond to support requests and comply with law.

Legal bases (UK / EEA)

Where UK GDPR / GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate bases such as: performance of a contract (providing the Service you ask for), legitimate interests (improving and securing the Service, understanding aggregate usage, fraud prevention), and consent where required (for example certain analytics or marketing choices offered by your device or the app). You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, without affecting prior lawful processing.

Third-party services

We use service providers that process data on our instructions or their own terms, including:

  • Google Firebase (for example Analytics and Firestore, depending on configuration) — see Google’s Firebase privacy information.
  • Supabase — where used for app backend features; see Supabase privacy policy.
  • Google Mobile Ads — when ads are shown; see Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from sites or apps.
  • Apple and Google — app distribution, payments, and platform services under their terms.

We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly understood in privacy laws. We may share data with processors, for legal requests, or as part of a business transfer, where permitted by law.

Advertising

Where the app displays ads, partners may use cookies or similar technologies (on web) or device advertising identifiers (on mobile) to measure delivery and, where allowed, personalise ads. You can often limit ad tracking in your device settings (for example Apple’s App Tracking Transparency or Google Ads settings).

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (for example tax, security, or dispute resolution).

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the UK, the ICO’s website is ico.org.uk. To exercise rights, contact support@plab2timer.com. We may need to verify your request.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the UK, EEA, US, or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from young children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where appropriate (for example in the app).
